"Total bargain-bin website vibes"
The site looks cheap and messy, like some kind of ‘forgotten school project’ masterpiece. The design feels outdated, cluttered, and just hard to look at for more than a few seconds.

I ordered my usual size, thinking it would fit like normal... but nope!! It was absolutely huge and just fit really weird??? The size guide didn’t really help much either, which was super frustrating. Returning it ended up being such an annoying hassle, so honestly... I don’t think I’ll be ordering again!!
"Delivery took much longer than expected"
I ordered from Kigu and the delivery ended up being really slow. I kept checking the tracking, but it barely changed for days. I contacted support and they were basically like, “it’s on its way” and “please allow a little more time,” but that didn’t really help because I needed it sooner. It did arrive in the end, just late. Bit disappointing and I probably wouldn’t order again.

I ordered my usual size, but the fit was just off. It pulled in weird places and started feeling scratchy after about ten minutes. the whole thing made me feel like just another ticket number, not someone they actually designed this for. I won’t be wearing it again.

"Doesn’t feel like a fair value"
I don’t think this was worth the price. What arrived was okay, but for what I paid, I expected a bit more. It just doesn’t feel fair compared to the cost.
"Returns took way too long"
I tried to exchange something for a different size and expected the process to be a lot quicker and clearer. Instead, I kept having to chase for basic info and it felt like I was being sent in circles without a straight answer.
I also had to deal with the return costs myself, which made it even more frustrating. If the response had been faster, I probably wouldn’t have minded as much, but it dragged on too long and I don’t think I’d order again

For some reason, the whole ordering process was a total headache. It was frustrating enough that I wouldn’t order again.
"Disappointed after just a couple of wears"
I bought a kigu recently and expected better for the price. When it arrived, the fabric already felt thin, but I figured I’d give it a chance. After only wearing it twice, the stitching started coming loose, and by the second week the zip was still catching every time I tried to use it. It’s a shame because I wanted to like it, but it really doesn’t feel worth what I paid.

"Felt like nobody was actually there to help"
I had a frustrating experience trying to get help from kigu. The replies took a while and didn’t really answer what I was asking, so I kept having to repeat myself. it felt like there wasn’t a real person on the other end actually paying attention. After a while I just gave up. Definitely not what I expected, and I wouldn’t use them again.
